The Coaching Process
I believe that each individual is wonderfully and beautifully made. We all have a very specific purpose and are a unique piece of the puzzle in life. We are most complete when we discover and achieve that purpose. As your coach, I help you in that discovery and encourage you to take the action steps necessary to achieve it.
Coaching is a confidential and trusting partnership between you and me.
Pre-Screening:
This process begins with a call or email inquiry from a client, parent, or student. The coach will provide information as to what coaching is, what it is not, and what expectations and boundaries are involved. The prospective client asks questions and decide if this coach feels like a good fit for them.
Intake Session:
The first meeting will take approximately 2 hours to complete. At this time, you to get to know me and I will get to know you. We will discuss your strengths, explore your learning style, and discover your challenges. We will design your long and short term goals and decide on a personal coaching agreement. You are the driver. I am just your GPS!
Weekly Sessions:
We will meet once a week for 30-45 minutes either in person, by phone, or by Skype. You will reveal your goal/s for the week and we will design an action plan to help you reach the goal/s with minimal stress. I will provide structure, strategies, and support that will benefit you and challenge you to become the best you can be. A reward system is encouraged for yourself to work towards accomplishing the goal/s. I am available for unlimited calls, texts, and emails throughout the week to assist you as needed and to ensure a higher level of accountability to facilitate positive results.
